OFFICIAL RULES OF THE JASON DERULO & OMAHA SUPERNOVAS CONTEST
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Sponsor. The Contest is sponsored by Nebraska PRO Volleyball, LLC (the “Sponsor”).
Eligibility. The Contest is open to those who are age 19 years or older and those individuals under the age of 19 who, at the time of entry, have permission from their parent or legal guardian to enter. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest.
Selection of Winner. One (1) winner (the “Winner”) will be selected by the Sponsor after reviewing all qualified entries. The Winner will be selected based on a random drawing of all participants in the Contest.
Prize. The Winner will receive an Omaha Supernovas team shirsey that is personally signed by internationally acclaimed entertainer Jason Derulo.
Release. By participating in the Contest, all entrants agree to release the Sponsor and its principals, members, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, successors, and assigns, and/or representatives, and any other person or entity associated with the Contest from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind relating to the Contest.
Publicity. Participation in the Contest constitutes the Winner’s consent to the Sponsor and its respective agents use of the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, illicit activity, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
